She has broad knowledge of Dutch and Luxembourg corporate law and securities' law, advising on all types of M&A transactions, including hostile and recommended public take-overs, complex buy-outs and large multi-jurisdictional controlled auctions. She has represented strategic buyers and sellers; institutional and private equity investors and venture capitalists from all over the world. Apart from being a transaction lawyer, Susanne also has vast experience in advising on corporate governance, tax substance issues and employees' co-determination rights.
